Services Offered

We specialize in providing various photography services including, but not limited to, portrait, commercial, family, business, and social project photography. Additionally, we contribute from our proceeds to support various social causes. Our commitment extends to capturing your unique moments while contributing to meaningful change in society.

Booking and Payment

To secure a session with Shooting for a Reason, clients must book in advance. The amount of the payment and the method of payment will be explained to the clients before the photo shoot and the client has the full right to accept or not the quotation without obligation. Subject to your booking requirement a 50% deposit maybe required at time of booking confirmation once the project is scoped and agreed.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require the cancellation or rescheduling of a session. Clients are required to notify us of any cancellations at least 48 hours in advance. For rescheduling, please contact us at least 48 hours before the session to discuss available options. Rescheduling is subject to the availability of our photographers.

Refunds and/or adjustments

If money is paid in advance and a booking is cancelled within the stipulated time of 48 hours notice then a refund will be issued noting that an administration fee maybe charged. If the booking is cancelled under the 48 hours notice then Shooting for a Reason will consider a refund of any monies paid in advance in discussion with the customer, less any costs associated as a result for the late booking.

If the scope of the project is reduced while in session and agreed by both parties, then an adjustment to the agreed project fee will be considered.

At all times Shooting for a Reason will have the sole discretion on refunds and adjustments of moneys paid in advance.

Use of Images

Shooting for a Reason retains the copyright of all photographs taken during your session. Clients will receive limited rights to use the photographs for personal or previously agreed-upon purposes. Any commercial usage of these images requires a separate written agreement with us. We reserve the right to use any photographs taken for our promotional purposes, unless a specific agreement is made to the contrary.

Liability

Shooting for a Reason shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur during the photography session or any dealings/interaction with Shooting for a Reason. We also disclaim responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property that occurs during our sessions. Clients are advised to take care of their belongings and to be aware of their surrounds during the session in which Shooting for a reason will have no liability for.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We value the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. All personal information collected during the booking process or photography session will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent from the client

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Shooting for a Reason reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or communication to our clients. Clients are encouraged to periodically review these terms to stay informed of any updates

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the governing laws in the jurisdiction of NSW in the Commonwealth Wealth of Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of this jurisdiction.
